1. Room still not ready and I'm getting annoyed.

6. Hotel charges a $25/night resort free (seems that most hotels around do this) - it was annoying to have to pay extra but does include parking, internet, pool chairs, etc.

8. I was okay with the upgrade fee but was annoyed that despite their very low occupancy (maybe due to the tourism economy being in the tank) they put us in their crappiest room.

9. The bad, like so many reviewers we were sad to report that the front desk staff was not helpful and in general appeared to be annoyed by us, annoyed by a tourist in Hawaii, go figure.
