3. After 4 days of poor service mediocre rooms, we left and went to the Hyatt, where the service was exceptional and we felt incredibly welcome.

4. Price-wise, both eateries are pretty weird: an average bill for dinner for two (appetizer, main course, two glasses of mediocre wine and two cups of tea) can easily reach $150-200.
