2. Now I thought that was tacky - for such a small amount they really shouldn`t have even mentioned it, especially because the massage was $250 and they automatically add on a 19% gratuity.

3. Turned down service is also offered, which is when you get water and ice if you like (there is no ice machine anywhere in the hotel) Apparently too tacky for such a resort.
