5. There is a bar in the lobby and some of the business travelers were enjoying the bar, so while they headed to their rooms, the business travelers made a lot of noise by talking loudly right in front of my hotel room without any consideration that there are people sleeping at 1 AM in the morning.

10. The hotel is very quiet but the hotel room doors are so heavy that there's no way to really avoid slamming them, which made the hallway noise quite loud at times.
