1. Usually this hotel attracts a pretty good clientele, but this trip we had excessive noise in the halls at 1-3 AM from adult guests (evidently drunk) shouting and carrying on like a high school prom night.

3. The previous reviews regarding thin walls is somewhat true, however the windows were heavily insulated and blocked out the exterior noise.

5. There is a bar in the lobby and some of the business travelers were enjoying the bar, so while they headed to their rooms, the business travelers made a lot of noise by talking loudly right in front of my hotel room without any consideration that there are people sleeping at 1 AM in the morning.

6. Closing the windows shuts most of the noise out, but the water views are largely of muli-carriage roads.
