1. Nick was friendly and expeditious with taking our orders and other service responsibilities, and didn't give me too hard a time at my poor Spanish skills.

The bed was extremely comfortable which made getting up in the morning very hard:) Only complaints would be a botched room service order and the absurdly high parking fee (which they do not credit even if you spend a lot of money in their restaurants or spa - but will credit for non-guests if they use the same services).
