3. It might have been the season we went (February), the hotel was full of business people but that certainly was no downside - sometimes I wish I was one of them.

4. The only slight downside was that the Champagne I had ordered to be there on ice as we arrived was not done, however I think this was a mistake by the American Express Travel Service through whom we had booked the trip and not the hotel itself.

6. Another downside at the MO is that you don't feel the privacy and exclusivity you get at other Mandarin Oriental properties, mabye it is due to the big size of the hotel.
