The only slight
downside
was that the Champagne I had ordered to be there on ice as we arrived was not done, however I think this was a mistake by the American Express Travel Service through whom we had booked the trip and not the hotel itself.

at the MO is that you don't feel the privacy and exclusivity you get at other Mandarin Oriental properties, mabye it is due to the big size of the hotel.
