5. We had to wait quite a while on arrival for a parking valet & the dorrman seemed to avoid us as he was too busy 'helping' those leaving some sort of event and get cabs (meaning those who leave give me the tips, not those arriving - it was more than obvious).

6. 1) Poorly trained housekeeping staff--once the fruit is soggy and mold is on the grapes chances are you can toss it--same goes for the 2 day old glass of beer with about an ounce in the bottom of the glass2) Over worked bar staff are astute at not noticing customers` attempts at gaining their attention--I saw a waving newspaper avoided--especailly when it`s time to pay3)The only television with working 'sleep' feature is the one where it is least useful--bathroom--4) 3rd day, marks third time i had to call to ask for newspapers5) I had to demand that concierge attempt a reservation at the in house restaurant, city zen, after first being told, 'well their line is closed now.
