6. 1) poorly trained housekeeping staff--once the fruit is soggy and mold is on the grapes chances are you can toss it--same goes for the 2 day old glass of beer with about an ounce in the bottom of the glass2) Over worked bar staff are astute at not noticing customers` attempts at gaining their attention--I saw a waving newspaper avoided--especailly when it`s time to pay3)The only television with working 'sleep' feature is the one where it is least useful--bathroom--4) 3rd day, marks third time i had to call to ask for newspapers5) I had to demand that concierge attempt a reservation at the in house restaurant, city zen, after first being told, 'well their line is closed now.
