7. Rooms are cramped, if you need an extra bed they have only roll-aways with lumpy little mattresses -- no sofa pull out beds anywhere in the hotel -- the views are mostly over government buildings, the highway or train tracks -- same goes for the pool and the gym that are supposed to have "great views" and the hotel has ridiculous policies like hotel guests can't use the steam room because it's in the spa.

8. the service was terrible -- all the way from check-in, to bad service at the bar (morning, noon and night), to ridiculous wi-fi rates.
