1. My only complaint was the prices-I recognize that I was there during the peak of the Cherry Blossom festival, but I found the food and room rate quite expensive.

2. The biggest complaint is the tasting menu has a lot of food - and the larger courses are served last, which made it hard to get through everything.

The bed was extremely comfortable which made getting up in the morning very hard:) Only complaints would be a botched room service order and the absurdly high parking fee (which they do not credit even if you spend a lot of money in their restaurants or spa - but will credit for non-guests if they use the same services).

6. My biggest complaint is that there aren't many restaurants/nightlife destinations within walking distance, but cabs are fairly easy to find.
