1. I generally don't complain about a few shortcomings in a hotel, but this was so bad that we ended up talking to the staff a number of times about the problems.

2. , is appropriately five-starred, but one detail--certainly not a shortcoming of staff--stood out a bit, if only because everything else is so well done: It could be that the very long wait for hot water was a result of some piece of equipment being out of service, but one had to wait--and wait--for hot water to arrive after turning the tap.
