5. The second suite we viewed was better, although we could hear the construction work which was going on below us (we were on the 10th floor) so the view had alot to be desired.

9. The staff is excellent and knowledgeable about directions, the Houston scene, etc. Our room this time did face the railroad tracks, but the noise was negligible and, except for the railroad tracks, we enjoyed the view toward downtown Houston.
