1. Didn't feel like dealing w/the valet parking, there is unlimited street parking always available directly across Brair Oaks from the hotel entrance -- and I think a safe area to leave a car.
"Not as fancy as it sounds " Read full review on TripAdvisor   2/24/2012 Vote
2. - Valet parking was professional and friendly.
"Room OK but the most terrible service ever. Even for free, I'd never set foot here again. " Read full review on TripAdvisor   6/5/2011 Vote
3. The only complaint is the $31 valet parking.

4. The mandatory valet parking was also a little excessive.
"Very nice, but feel nickel and dimed " Read full review on TripAdvisor   1/31/2012 Vote
5. Strangely, when virtually every other hotel I have been to does not add tax to valet parking prices, they do.
"Room OK but the most terrible service ever. Even for free, I'd never set foot here again. " Read full review on TripAdvisor   6/5/2011 Vote
6. Friendly were the valet parking staff, the technical (security/internet) people, the young man who was at the front desk at some point.

7. Yes, you must valet park, which is an added cost, but for a single woman traveler, valet parking makes me feel safer.
"Great Staff Great Service Great Place " Read full review on TripAdvisor   6/25/2010 Vote
8. The hotel is in a great location, tucked a few streets away from the noise of Westheimer, and easy to get to downtown, Galleria, shopping, restaurants, etc. However, as another reviewer stated the parking fees are ridiculous and you can only valet park.
"Understated elegance, good value for accommodations, but outrageous fees " Read full review on TripAdvisor   1/13/2010 Vote
9. There was nowhere for our guests to park as there is only valet parking.
"Terrible stay " Read full review on TripAdvisor   12/14/2009 Vote
