I had a minor niggle in the restaurant about breakfast and they immediately took the charge off of my

and then called my room afterwards to apologise.

for the value of the tip, didn't they come to me to explain me their very special definition of continental breakfast.

when we were far from finished (looked like a message:you've been here for long enough and we brought you enough to drink, now get out).

That
bill
contained every item we ordered, and we just added the (small) tip and signed it, showing the total as only the value of the tip; this is often the case at FHR properties, where only the tip is usually added to your
bill
.

In this case though, they
bill
ed us for everything (juice, bread, cereal, coffee, hot chocolate, etc.) and discounted the price of the menu item called 'the continental', which only had juice, pastries and coffee.

Regis hotels I`ve stayed inWhen confronted with the above, the general manager was extremely arrogant and refused to even engage in a discussion with me, especially seeing as I had already paid my

Beware if you are at the pool and order anything at all, it all comes from room service so there is a $4 delivery charge as well as 21% service charge added to the
bill
(even if you just order drinks).
