1. the only disadvantages was we were away from restaurants/eateries however the hotel provide free shuttle from any travel within mile so we went to the Galleria Mall quite a few times to eat.

3. They do have a Town Car shuttle to take you to places within 5 miles, but I am snot sure it is always avaliable.

4. the hotel does provide shuttle service within 3mi radius from hotel so we took advantage of that and went to the Galleria Mall a few times.
