1. Location is nice because it is away from the main road on a quiet street, yet just minutes from the Gallaria and easy access plenty of restaurants and shopping.

4. Didn't feel like dealing w/the valet parking, there is unlimited street parking always available directly across Brair Oaks from the hotel entrance -- and I think a safe area to leave a car.

5. Pretty good central location, though not a lot within walking - a Starbucks and an Antone's 2 blocks west on San Felipe and a Target across the street is about it.

6. Location is convenient to all central Houston areas: e.g., Downtown, Galleria, Montrose and Museum District either through streets or even more rapidly, through nearby freeway.

7. Overall, I thought this hotel was a big fat waste of money and wish I had stayed at the Houstonian or even the Hampton Inn down the street.

9. As there is no front entrance parking, the taxis occupy the street entrance and make for both an eyesore and a hazard when entering the hotel.
