1. I advice finding an alternate parking situation that is cheaper and more accomodating.

2. I suppose they don't want guest and strangers randomly mixing and interacting in a parking deck, but I found the lack of self-parking for a more reasonable fee burdensome (although one might argue that the land necessary for parking is a big cost in this area of town).

6. Didn't feel like dealing w/the valet parking, there is unlimited street parking always available directly across Brair Oaks from the hotel entrance -- and I think a safe area to leave a car.
