3. That bill contained every item we ordered, and we just added the (small) tip and signed it, showing the total as only the value of the tip; this is often the case at FHR properties, where only the tip is usually added to your bill.

5. As a Starwood Gold member we looked for a nice hotel at weekend value for a one night family visit to Houston so thought the 'St Regis' brand would be a pleasant weekend.
