10. Check-in was very smooth, the hotel itself has wonderful decor (my favorite is the Remington Bar), the rooms were spacious and comfortable, the pool was beautiful, and most importantly, the beds were wonderful (They seemed hard at first, but it got softer the longer I stayed on it.
