1. The hotel is in a gorgeous, safe neighborhood within walking distance of the shops and restaurants on Union St.

2. Not only is the property immaculate, in a quiet safe neighborhood, and full of San Fran charm, with an outstanding complimentary breakfast and wine reception (both way beyond expectations) but the real stars are the staff who understand hospitality at a level I have never experienced.

6. It's a nice neighborhood to walk through and look at the architecture and gardens, and the hotel was within walking distance to Fillmore Street, which has some great little restaurants and an eclectic variety of shops.
