1. We were upgraded to a suite and found a bottle of champagne and hand written card in our room, as well as rose petals on our bed, a fantastic way to make guests feel special.

There are so many perks; almost too many to name but I will try: courtesy chauffeur service weekday mornings, DVDs for free rentals, available boxed lunches for picnic, excellent neighborhood with gorgeous homes, tasteful and gorgeous decor, comfortable sofa and bed, fresh biscotti in afternoons, fresh fruit, helpful walking guides, space heaters for chilly/damp San Francisco weather.
