7. The hotel kindly upgraded us to a City view suite for no extra charge (I think because our original room was not ready).

8. You do have to self park, no valet but we had no trouble finding street parking for our Chevy Tahoe so this was actually a plus because most SF hotels charge $40 or more for parking.

9. The hotel also provides internet access in the small 'business center' but they do charge for this - a bit of a bummer if you don't travel with a laptop.
