4. The front desk staff upgraded my room without any special pleading on my part, they switched the duvet for a blanket without asking, etc. Probably the best, most consistently attentive service staff I've encountered for a year.

10. The hotel is impressive, very chic, super clean, the staff is very friendly and the service is impeccable, but what prevent me from rating this property with 5 stars was that our 2 double beds had old mattresses, the springs were worn out on one side of each bed.
