1. This was a non refundable, non cancelable, prepaid stay of 3 nights for the price of 2 and while it seemed like a good deal, I was a bit upset when the price I paid was lowered and I was not entitled to a refund or future credit.

2. While we are not committed to any particular 'brand' and choose our hotel by location, price and amenities, we were not disappointed with our stay and feel we got a relatively good deal, although less expensive rooms were available at comparable locations.

9. The concierge at reception always knows where to everywhere is etc. You can always get a good deal, book ahead of time and not on their own site.
