1. The only person that disappointed me was the man that checked us out- we didn't receive the 2nd breakfast credit each day (which was $20/person), but the bill that I received wasn't detailed enough to show that.

9. At checkout I had to revisit the desk and waited about 15 minutes for by bill to checkout (just before 8am).

10. It was billed as a 'junior suite' and while the bathroom was huge and even better than the Penninsula around the corner, the room itself wasn't that large.
