1. While we are not committed to any particular 'brand' and choose our hotel by location, price and amenities, we were not disappointed with our stay and feel we got a relatively good deal, although less expensive rooms were available at comparable locations.

Overall I recommend the hotel because:-spacious room and bathroom-quiet -architectually interesting-excellent breakfast (the only meal I ate)-friendly, helpful service-luxurious amenities (Frette linens and towels, Hermes bath products, Bose, etc)-nice location-walking distance to shopping, attractions and restaurants yet quiet street-decent value for the quality of hotel -comfortable bed.
