1. The room was still small (no closet!) but for the price, a really great value for the quality of staff service (Very friendly and attentive, always responsive and quick even on busy weekend) and the ammenities of the room.

10. We stayed at the W on cash & points through the Starwood Preffered Guest program on an incredible rate so the value for money was amazing, even though on arrival we had to wait in line for half an hour to check in without a dedicated elite desk open.
