1. Also, I was incorrectly billed for mini- bar usage however the staff were courteous enough to reverse it.

5. Our check-in staff member told me to empty the mini-bar, insert our milk, and then advise the check-out staff member what we had done; the mini-bar has pressure pads that charge upon removal of items.

7. And don't bother trying to clean up for them because they will actually charge you for touching the mini-bar (when all you were trying to do was get the 1/2 inch thick dust sheet off the area).
