1. Our check-in staff member told me to empty the mini-bar, insert our milk, and then advise the check-out staff member what we had done; the mini-bar has pressure pads that charge upon removal of items.

4. Attentive staff, very helpful, you can store luggage free of charge if you have a late flight on day of checkout (very helpful).

7. Wasn't asking for much, just the simple things like; - not to double charge me for the room on my bill- address my query when i'm standing at the counter rather than talking to each other- give me useful information at the concierge desk- actually be friendly rather than a snob.

8. We used all points and got the 5th night free, suite upgrade at no charge, excellent service and staff and not to mention a sweet lobby and whiskey blue nightclub.

9. The refreshment centre/minibar has a hair trigger - goes off as soon as you breathe on it - the staff dont correct the charge when they refill the fridge - they wait for you to complain.
