1. Every staff member was friendly- from the managers, bartenders, check in staff, front door, even the housekeeping- saying hello, asking about our stay.

The food in the lobby bar was really good and the staff outside of the counter - meaning bellman, doormen etc. was wonderful - stuffy unfriendly behind the counter for some reason - and the disco music in the lobby is so obnoxious 24/7 - they pump it up at night and it seems ridiculous to see that many old people sitting round listening to that bilge.
