10. The furnishings are mostly ridiculous - very uncomfortable desk/office chair, a glass desk with no mouse pad, a shower with nor pressure (no bath rooms available sir), no tea/coffee facilities and the most opinionated staff (about how good their service is) that I have ever come across.
