3. The Positives: Nice customer service--the upgrade, plus the evening young man on the phone (Shonn) was cordial enough to bring up info about a shuttle to the Newark Airport & gave us free breakfast tickets for the next morning.

9. I slept like a bear and woke up to a fantastic breakfast in the restaurant - try the fresh yogurt or a Manhattan Bagel - while a bit pricey (but this is New York) the food is great, service prompt, and staff attentive.
