1. The previous occupant obvisouly helped himself in the minibar.
"Loud Loud and Loud. Unfortunately, great style does not cover noise " Read full review on TripAdvisor   7/3/2011 Vote
2. The A/C was on the loud side and the Minibar was way too big it felt like a NY style magazine hut in our room, which took up precious space, which I might add is pressure sensitive so the moment your knock it and/or pick something up your charged for it.
"More bar than hotel. " Read full review on TripAdvisor   7/10/2010 Vote
3. In brief its tries really hard to be trendy modern hotel with typical small NYC hotel rooms that are cramped by overly styled decor, big minibar and ridiculous out of place 42' TV on a stripper pole.

4. as the only bit of space is taken up by minibar stuff that you can't move or you get charged.
"Not bad overall " Read full review on TripAdvisor   3/1/2012 Vote
5. I would certainly not expect the heavy handed corporate groping in my hip pocket searching for my wallet: the ancillary charges for TV, minibar, breakfast, etc. I would expect everything to be in tip-top shape, and the technology to be whole lot simpler.
"Value? " Read full review on TripAdvisor   10/14/2011 Vote
6. Too big flat panel TV for the room, an incredibly noisy AC system that could not make up its mind, and an electronic minibar that kept charging us if we even just bumped the items on the shelf added up to a no return experience.
"It's "okay" so long as you don't spend a lot of time in your (tiny) room " Read full review on TripAdvisor   10/8/2011 Vote
7. It is one of the few hotels that still includes a full minibar that will automatically charge your account for anything you touch; it also has, in lieu of a bedstand, lots of 'goodies' that also will be charged to your account if you touch them or if you try to find a place to put your glasses, phone or watch for the night.
"Hotel trying to pose as 4 star (and charge accordingly) but barely 2 stars " Read full review on TripAdvisor   10/6/2011 Vote
8. Be sure to double check your bill when leaving, because there will surely be minibar charges.
"Hotel trying to pose as 4 star (and charge accordingly) but barely 2 stars " Read full review on TripAdvisor   10/6/2011 Vote
9. A really useful advice, don't touch things at the minibar if you are not planning to consume them.
"Amazing location. Every detail is taken into account. " Read full review on TripAdvisor   8/24/2011 Vote
10. To top that off, we were almost charged for minibar usage simply because we moved something.
"W hotel = terrible customer service/thiefs " Read full review on TripAdvisor   7/16/2011 Vote
