1. You can usually depend on a W and if you can get it on Priceline or other site for cheaper than their typical list cost then I recommend it.

2. Overall we found the hotel to be good, but nothing special - the breakfast was average and it always surprises me that such a large hotel group cant hire a decent barrister to make coffee for guests - i mean they dont cost much and the happiness of guests would be so much higher if you could get a decent coffee in the morning.

4. A couple of costs that I find inexcusable:Like most higher priced hotels, they charge for internet, which I think is absolutely ridiculous - at these room rates, internet access should be complimentary.

5. I was bk in England on the mon, and what makes it worse was that someone actually SIGNED!called the hotel ( so more costs involved) they were not apologetic atall but said that they would have my money transfered bk into my acc and that i had incurred these charges as late fees, Very cheeky and because the hotel has alot of celebs staying there it makes me wonder HOW OFTEN DO THAY DO THIS.

6. It is free in the comfortable lounge area, but I needed to print something, which necessitated a trip to the 'business center,' where the internet costs $8 for 15 minutes.
