1. It was clean, comforable bed and plenty hot water so it served it's purpose as we just slept and showered there, the only negative was no facilites for a hot drink in the room.

When in the city for business, I have stayed at the Milford for many years; putting up with drafty windows, scalding/freezing showers, old televisions that barely work, broken lamps, poor service, no desks in the room, keys that stop working, and several other chronic problems because the location and price couldn't be beat.

7. The wallpaper was severly peeling, the corners were dirty and the shower only worked from time to time.

If I were the management of Milford Plaza I would be upset with the work of the shotty contractors - paint dripped on the new carpet, globs of paint dripping down the walls that was never cleaned up, holes for the shower weren't aligned with the faucet, door knobs poorly reinstalled - just a few examples of what we saw in our room.
