1. On a positive note, the air conditioner worked, the bed was comfortable and appeared clean as well as the sink, bathtub, toilet and bathroom floor.

Rooms are closets, linen is dingy, Queen is a full they refer to as 'New York Queen', poster board covering holes in walls, literally duct tape holding carpeting together in rooms and public areas, faucet falling apart, the bathtub was actually spongy-squishy, sheet and blanket on bed only--staff said 'there are no comforters in New York'.
