2. All in all if you want a basic clean hotel at a good rate who's location is great then the Milford fits the bill, if not and you are prepared to pay for it then look elsewhere.

6. I experienced neither of these; never had to wait more than a minute for a lift and it usually appeared in seconds; check-in took about 3 minutes and check-out is just drop key in a box (if you don't have to settle a bill).

9. Anyway when we got our bill this morning it had three $1 charges on it for the calls we had made down to the front desk with the problems we were having with the room and when my husband asked about them he got them taken off by a very surly front desk agent.
