1. went to NYC with friends for St Patricks day 17/03/2012, stayed at the milford ,front desk staff helpful and pleasant, our thanks to the manager who let us use his e-mail to retrieve our flight details for the journey home.

9. My frined speaks to the lounge Manager, who again, apologized for the misinformation and gave us the correct hours of operation for their lounge, however he was nice enough to ask us to come back tomorrow and he will personally make sure we are taken care of.
