1. They were unable to tell me where the gym is that we can use instead, except that we could ask the desk at the other hotel.

We are all fitness competitors and personal trainers so it is crucial for us to have a GYM where ever we go so we chose this hotel specifically because the gym seemed to be good ( from the pictures ) but then they told us that the gym was CLOSED and that we would have to go to another hotel a few blocks from there to go to the gym.

7. by the way because firstly they gave us the wrong directons and secondly the wrong hotel name we never found this gym that we were suppose to use instead and it was freezing outside.
