3. I had to go to the 18th floor to get ice, but in order to do this, I needed to go to the lobby, take the appropriate elevator to the 18th floor, get the ice, go back down to the lobby and then take the appropriate elevator to go back to floor 12.

5. I have stayed in many NYC hotel most which were more expensive ,yes the rooms were larger and the lobby more elegant but you don't stay in the lobby nor the room very long.

8. The staff was very accommodating, anything requested of housekeeping appeared immediately, the doorman unfailingly delivered cabs upon a minute's request, and the lobby featured free boaring pass print-outs and a very helpful concierge desk.
