2. Decent sized TV with plenty of channels Black out currents keeping the room in total darkness when neededThe Room (The bad and the Ugly)Lack of sockets meant that a number of gadgets had to be charged in the bathroomThe finishings on a number of items was poor - not enough to downgrade the hotel but if i was in charge of the renovations i would like someone to have made sure the worked did what they were meant to do.

9. After coming back from our holiday, we noticed that they had charged the card and refunded it AFTER we had left, meaning we incurred a foreign exchange fee for absolutely no reason as we were fully paid up DAYS before they decided to charge us.
