1. You just need a good bed in NY city :-)Also a convient coffee place/ shop availeble in hotel and a great bar.

2. Take a walk over to the next Avenue as well and visit Hell's Kitchen, some good bars and lovely restaurants for a nice evening out away from the busyness and expense of Times Square.

7. Apologies, followed by drink vouchers for bar (small but nice), walk around Times Square (3 blocks away), then a phone call letting us know our room was ready about an hour later.

8. We had a mini fridge and bought a few things at Food Emporium a couple of blocks up 8th toward Columbus Circle--they have terrific salads, sandwiches, pastries, and hot bar.
