1. Cost averaged out to about $145 a night, which was amazing compared to some of the many other more expensive places we looked at before booking the Milford.

5. if your landing in newark airport take the Free tram form airport to NJ Transit then take the subway to Penn Station cost $12.50 1 way the hotel is 10 blocks walk up 8th avenue or jump a cab at Penn Station save yourself a few quid.

6. The price was another selling point: Expedia had a special offer on so that it worked out costing us something like $80 per night for the two of us ($40 each): I consider this a good deal to be in the heart of NYC.

7. I had read the reviews before booking and quite honestly they almost put me off but the location was so good and the cost reasonable that i thought that I would give it a go - pleased that I did.

9. Now we stayed 5 nights and it cost me a tad over 1k for the room and with there location I felt it was well worth it and I would defiantly stay at the Milford again.

10. We recently saw a news story about a wage study for New York City and we happened to note the total annual compensation for a room attendant is now approaching $90,000, including benefit costs.
