4. I didn't use the bar / lobby area much as the hotel charged for wi-fi everywhere - I would probably have spent more money on drinks / coffee / food if the hotel had comp wi-fi, but gave this money instead to the diner across the street (Smiths) where the breakfasts were excellent.

5. Yes it had seen better days, and the hallways had 70 years worth of paint giving them a closed in feeling, but we had a great time - the double double room huge, the location a massive selling point and great breakfasts at the Celebrity deli incorporated into the NW corner of the hotel.
