1. I had read a few negative reviews on this hotel before arriving which were dated prior to the newly renovated rooms; because the price was so reasonable for the location to Times Square I was willing to take a chance- Im not too sure it paid off.

7. All in all, great stay at a great price, I was really hesitant to book, alot of locals on the TA NYC forum were adament that this place was a dump and dubbed it 'The Mildew Plaza' I was pleasantly surprised.
