1. Room was clean and well maintained, staff were friendly.

2. The room itself was a bit dark however, maybe management could lot at putting stronger bulbs in the light sockets?other than that no complaints at all, staff were all very friendlylocation is good in UWS, some nice restaurants and one or 2 bars in the area.

4. The cleaning staff were wonderful and gave me extra shampoo and conditioner when I needed it and housekeeping provided me with a quality hair dryer to use during my stay.
