3. When i got there in advance of my parents, i discovered the that room didn't have a fridge, and the minibar it did have didn't work - they immeadiately brought us a fridge (free of charge - i gather they normally charge for that which i think is pretty cheeky).

4. I found if you log on downstairs you'll be able to use it in your room thus saving you $14.10 a dayStarbucks coffee is available each morning in the Lobby from 0700-1000 free of charge.

5. Wireless is only free in the lobby and thedaily charge applies per device, which (alas) seems to be the trend these days.

6. I thought it was a little cheap of them to allow guests to use the internet free of charge in the lobby, but not in their rooms.

7. Unfortunately there was no safe in the room, but safety deposit boxes are available in the lobby, free of charge, for guest use - note however they boxes are long and narrow, so suitable for credit cards, passports and foldable documents, but nothing bulky like a large camera or laptop.
