I must say this property continues to meet my expectations after I stayed one time I said ok anyone could have a good day, then i stayed a second time well maybe its just luck, then the third time they done it again, top level service with fabulous rooms this property is the hidden diamond of NYC, I really feel like they are here to take care of me, being a business person it shows the management of this property take pride in the staff they hire and the service they give 'any property having problems with how to run a great property have there managers spend a night at On The Ave Hotel, they will show you how its done, 5 star property all the way.
