1. No room service, no restaurant (except nearby) and we didn't check out the workout facility, so nothing more to add there.

OTA is very convenient to the subway, 2 blocks from Starbucks, and the 24-hour market across the street is the best -- superb selection of fresh meats and great cheeses, fresh produce, a hot deli, etc. I especially like the new Serafinas restaurant which is attached to the hotel, although they do not provide room service.

10. It would have been an excellent choice if we could have gotten room service late at night, but in the neighborhood, there were tons of carryout places, markets, convenience stores, etc. The noise level at night was zilch.
